Cortland Banks Introduces New Team Members, New Positions

CORTLAND – (6/10/13) Chief Executive Officer James Gasior and Executive Vice President Tim Carney, along with the Board of Directors, are pleased to announce Cortland Banks’ newest team members.

These individuals encompass unique strengths and knowledge, allowing them to assist customers in meeting their financial goals.

Community Banking Managers/Business Banking Officers

Bryan Ignazio, AVP Community Banking Manager and Business Banking Officer

Bryan Ignazio joins the Cortland Banks’ team, with more than 10 years of experience in Banking, in a management role. Bryan has extensive experience in retail banking and his leadership will assist in becoming the new AVP, Community Banking Manager and Business Banking Officer for Cortland Banks’ Mahoning County Market.

Bryan was recognized by the MVP 20/30 Club as a 40-under-40 Award recipient in 2010, which recognizes residents, in the tri-county area, who have made significant contributions to both their professional careers and the community.

Mindy Wiesensee, AVP Community Banking Manager and Business Banking Officer

Mindy Wiesensee has recently accepted the position of AVP, Community Banking Manager and Business Banking Officer for Cortland Banks’ Niles and Vienna offices.

Since 2008, Mindy has been a Branch Manager in the Banking industry, where she gained in-depth knowledge of managerial, sales, and marketing techniques relevant to financial institutions.

Mindy values community involvement and has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement since 2012.  She has been a member of Youngstown Kiwanis since 2010, serves on the Advisory Board for Campbell Works for Children, and volunteers at area schools in financial literacy training.

Assistant Community Banking Managers
Additionally Cortland Banks has created Assistant Community Banking Manager de novo positions in order to assist Community Banking Managers with branch management and customer service.  Rita Fuscoe joins Bryan Ignazio in the Boardman office on South Avenue, and Colleen Kurilla joins Mindy Wiesensee in Vienna.
